I am very happy to say that none of the three wind energy proposals we were opposing were awarded contracts under the province’s large renewable energy procurements. We anticipate a second round of fighting coming soon, and I spoke with a reporter from the Whig who has been faithfully covering this issue for Eastern Ontario communities.
Basic message was this: I am happy our client won. Next fight will be harder and our tactics will need to evolve to meet that new challenge.
